Summary

This data set contains haplotypes of 20 microsatellite loci located within and near the In(2L)t inversion and genotypes of the alcohol dehydrogenase (Adh) gene and the In(2L)t inversion (standard or inversion) for three Drosophila melanogaster populations collected in 2008 (Fig. 2&3).
