Summary

This data file contains number of genotypes (56H8/56H8, 56H8/122, 122/122 and others) and allele frequencies for hsp70 for D. melanogaster originating from a high and low altitude population at five latitudes (ten populations) collected in 2002. The number of alleles scored (N) is shown for each population.
